Complete refurbishment of the leisure centre including the changing and shower rooms, soft play area, gym area, studios, spin studio, reception and communal spaces.
Challenges
As the leisure centre was being closed for the duration of the works the contract programme was a quick one! We worked nights and weekends ensuring we had electricians on site to keep to the programme. We were asked to complete other works at the same time which was a challenge, but all works were completed on time!
