WBW is one of the largest legal practices in the South West, with offices based in Torquay, Paignton, Newton Abbot, Exeter, Bovey Tracey and Launceston. With clearly defined divisions catering for business and private clients, the teams are able to offer the very best legal advice through a full range of legal services to individuals and businesses, across a wide range of areas and commercial sectors.
WBW Solicitors commissioned Simon Eales to undertake all electrical work for the conversion work to their large new open plan offices in Union Street Torquay for 40 staff members. The site was a former indoor play area and shop front. Eales and Baker provided a full electrical design package which also included fire alarms, business data, IT and telephone systems, intruder alarms all fully designed, installed, tested and commissioned to the client’s high standards.
The site was in a highly densely populated town centre position. It was a former shop with poor access, no parking and noise restrictions due to a testing centre in the rooms above. Despite this the project was completed on time and to budget and the client was delighted with the finish.
Managing Partner, Steve Bulman said “Our new offices in Torquay presented considerable challenges during the build stage. Our electrical contractors were excellent throughout. They offered practical assistance during and after the project. Their work was of a very high standard and their costs were very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I am very grateful to Simon Eales and his team who assisted us.”
